里拉老師,長期從事身心靈與能量相關研究與實務工作。自幼對神祕學與自然療癒領域抱持高度興趣,並在多年探索與實踐中,發展出以「內在覺察」、「能量感受」與「象徵解讀」為核心的工作方式。
里拉老師特別喜愛花與植物,並專注於花卡占卜與花精應用研究。自 2007 年 起,因自身經驗深刻體會花精在情緒調整與內在覺察上的幫助,遂投入花精相關研究與推廣至今已十餘年,並持續進行配方研發與實務應用,目前已建立個人花精品牌 光之花精。
